It’s been over a year since we co-hosted What Not To Web: A Springtime Makeover Event, when we enlightened our audience about essential web design do’s and don’ts, how to make design changes to improve your business’ website, & revealed website redesigns for a few lucky audience members.
Since then, a lot of industry changes and trends have sprung up– which ones will impact your business & what can you do to keep your website relevant & current?
To answer these questions and more, we’re bringing back What Not To Web one more time– same theme, all new content; a new, improved, & markedly different version of the original:
What Not To Web…REMIX
When: Next Tuesday, July 26th, 6-8:30 pm
Where: Stata Center, Kirsch Auditorium, MIT Campus in Cambridge
We’ll be focusing on the same hot topic: website design + your business,
but our repertoire will be brand new, so prepare for fresh content, perspectives, panelists, and website makeovers.
We’re bringing back a crowd pleaser from last year’s event–website makeovers, where audience members submit their websites and a select few are chosen for a complete website redesign, which we reveal during the event.
We’re got great new judging “panelists” for the event this year who will bring a more dynamic perspective to the table– how to leverage your website as a word of mouth and online marketing tool, how to measure the effectiveness of your web design & make actionable changes based on the results.
Panelists this year include:
David Cancel of Performable (now Hubspot,) Chris Merrill of Super Webomatic, Richard Banfield of Fresh Tilled Soil, & Jonathan Kay of Grasshopper Group.
We’re offering a certain number of free tickets to our friends & clients, so if you’d like to attend the event for free, let us know ASAP! Shoot us a tweet @WhatNotToWeb
