    Dr. Laura Granka has been with Google for 10 years, leading UX Research. She spent the past three years establishing and growing a UX Research team for Google Social, cutting across mobile, photos, Hangouts, Google+ and more. Currently, Laura is leading a team of quantitative researchers and software engineers to build innovative research tools and conduct large-scale analysis across Google Search, Maps, Identity, and other new efforts. He has led teams as the UX strategist at companies such as Cigna, Open Solutions/FiServ, MassMutual, Hartford Life and Aetna. Michael also is an adjunct professor at Manchester Community College, and serves on a host of technology and industry boards, including the MCC Technology and Communications Advisory Board.

Mark particularly enjoyed working on Canvas and Media Accessibility. He is currently the Accessibility Coordinator at edX, a nonprofit founded by MIT and Harvard University to build and foster the edX open-source online learning platform.

He began his career as a designer in 1998, but he started drawing back in 1981 at the age of 4. His creative path has led to him working with clients such as Nike, MTV, Google, Wired, VH1, Kevin Smith and more.
