Turning back the clock with my iphone 3G


Early this summer, I was eagerly anticipating the July release of the new iphone 3G from Apple. Having an iphone already, I was very impressed and extremely happy with all of the features that were currently available on my phone. I was quickly accessing email, the web, and I had the best reception I’ve ever had with a cell phone. I was excited about the new features they were adding. However, I did not realize that I was trading new features and losing a feature like “making a phone call”. Since I purchased the new iphone 3G, I have experienced a drop on every call. Very frustrating to lose reception when you have full bars and the call drops.

I have contacted Apple and they have had me update my software for the phone and are slow and almost unresponsive in telling me when I can get this problem fixed. I am feeling as frustrated with Apple as a long-tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs.
