In the past few months, we’ve been working with our friends at LegacyChamp to design their public-facing website, internal web application, and LC mobile app. We are proud to announce that all 3 components are fully functional and lookin’ good.
LegacyChamp is a social fitness network; it tracks your daily progress, connects you with your friends for friendly competition, and even connects individual users locally to join in team sports or athletic groups. Users can unlock levels and rewards along the way; it’s a great way to get active with co workers, teammates, or facebook friends, to compete & share in a group fitness experience.
Since the apps launched, LegacyChamp has been featured in Active Magazine, Self Magazine and several other publications. LegacyChamp currently has thousands of (public) beta users; you can sign up for it free at www.legacychamp.com. LC will be wrapping up their beta phase pretty soon, too.
Currently, LegacyChamp is also sponsoring a charity event for Go Walk America; a man named Barrett Keene has pledged to walk 3475 miles from Miami to San Francisco to raise awareness “about the harsh realities faced by 145 million orphans worldwide.” Barrett will be tracking his progress the whole way with the LegacyChamp mobile app! Everyone is welcome to join Barrett in his charity walk by joining the Go Walk America Group in LegacyChamp, and recording their miles with the LC mobile app. Get your friends and family to sponsor you per mile!
