In our last Design Sprint Short, we went over the Who/Do exercise to pinpoint the audience you want to solve a problem for, and what their current workflow is like. Now that you’ve determined your audience, it’s time to dive deeper into their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with Empathy Mapping. During this exercise, you’ll take everything you know about your audience(s) and categorize this information into different categories.
