I am not the biggest reality TV fan, but I found a show that actually teaches about business disguised as a cooking show.  On Thursday nights I like to watch Kitchen Nightmares on Fox. Gordon Ramsey visits a restaurant in crisis and helps to turn then around. He has this great formula that he uses every week.
