My Rewards Tree

Throughout the Fall of 2011, Fresh Tilled Soil Co-Founder and Director of User Experience, Alex Fedorov, worked with My Rewards Tree Founder & CEO, Kitt Williams, to shape the look, feel, and functionality of this web app.

My Rewards Tree is a web application that serves as an awards points system aggregator for customers, so it manages & records a lot of information that's frequently in flux. Starting with solid user research from the MRT team and detailed wireframes from My Rewards Tree's Wendy Kastner, Alex helped to create a UI design that not only manages all of this information but presents it clearly & simply, in an organized and accessible way that appeals to users looking to maximize their rewards accounts.

The project involved everything from site architecture to experience design to mobile app design. FTS Senior UI Designer, Emily Dunkle, focused on designing a mobile version of the application that translates very well to a handheld experience with a focus on an intuitive workflow and a high ease of use.
