BrightGauge

BrightGauge is a web app for the IT industry designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) & their clients. It helps MSP's manage & monitor IT data and gives them a clear & tangible way to present this information to their clients.

Two are two different internal interfaces designs to suit both of BrightGauge's primary users-- MSPs and clients. The MSP side of the application is designed for technical management & monitoring over data for separate client accounts. The client side of the internal interface caters more to the non-technical user. It offers support features, as well as custom gauges, graphs, and info-graphics designed & implemented to make technical data more transparent & understandable.

Prototype: After preliminary design stages we gave BrightGauge a coded prototype of the application design, and they presented it to groups of industry professionals. They received tons of positive feedback & stirred up industry excitement and enthusiasm in anticipation of the final product launch.
