The Port of Churchill in Canada is an ice bound harbor open for only a month a year. Not anymore. Global warming has caused the ice to melt enough that the port is open for 2 – 3 months a year now. Rumored to have been bought recently for $1, the port is the best place to access the Arctic circle.
