In the upcoming months, handfuls of FTS employees will be work-ationing in Costa Rica.

It’s an incentive based program, so you only get to go if you are doing a kick a$$ job….which doesn’t tend to be a problem for us

What’s a Workation, you ask?

It’s a vacation where you are working…duh. Same hours, same responsibilities as in the office, but you get to do it all poolside in CR. Our first group of lucky employees is going to be sent on their way as soon as this June; our new digs will be the Gilded Iguana Hotel and Resort.
