Is strategy better when replaced by experience?

Just like a brand, the experience is what counts, not the strategy. If you’re a web designer you might have encountered strategy that doesn’t match up with the design goals. Strategy, and designing strategies, is a linear process. Experience is a non-linear process. Can you design a non-linear experience in a linear way? What if you let the customer experience define the strategy? Instead of spending the next 6 months creating a big strategy, launch with a good-enough product or service and create valuable experience. That way you can iterate and tweak on the move and let the experience design the strategy.
