Energy (not fuel, enthusiasm)

Where does the energy come from to create a successful business, blog or project? I think it comes from the people that are joined together in the endeavor.

The best way to get focused is to get passionate about your idea. Of course the people you work with are the primary reason you remain passionate. If you’re working with people that support you and encourage you, then it’s easy to start excited and energetic.

Another way to make sure you stay energized is to work on an idea that’s natural for you. Don’t force it. Set yourself up for success by listening to what your market is telling you and align that with what you’re good at.
