Mike Banfield

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. We call him “the hassler” the squeaky wheel that gets things done behind the scenes. Before he joined Fresh Tilled Soil to head up finance and operations, Mike was already a veteran at leading and running service businesses. As a general manager at Rentokil Initial, the world’s largest service organization, he oversaw the growth and profitability of several divisions. Between corporate leadership roles, Mike managed to slip in a decade of entrepreneurship building several small businesses from the ground up.
