		<description>Excellent article.  I&#039;ve been trying to wrap my head around how to apply Agile/Scrum to our project team and had the same issue that we juggle multiple projects on a daily basis, so the Universal Backlog is a great idea!

How did (if you did) integrate outsourced or contract workers into the process?  And what about the use of 3rd party systems (like Wordpress, Drupal, etc)...do those add or eliminate problems in the Agile model?</description>
