Design Thinking: We take a deep dive into product vision, user personas, empathy maps, story arcs, and connected functionality.
Concept: Using a story line, we describe the flow of the user through the experience and the elements that they would see along the way.
Prototype: We demonstrate the story arc through low fidelity prototypes. These may be static wireframes or something clickable.
Validation: The idea must be validated both internally and externally. We get out of the building ask key users to try what we’ve made.
Learning & Iteration: We take the findings and improve the experience, rinsing and repeating the build-test-learn cycle.
Support & Launch: We don't disappear after you launch. We stick around and work with you to continuously improve the product.
